The KDCC is a free community and a paid membership with group coaching and feedback.

You get community support in Discord, live group coaching with replays, and structured feedback depending on your tier. We are not a course.

I'm brand new to YouTube. Is The KDCC right for me?

Yes. Many KDCC members are just starting out. The Beginner tier is free, and our resources are designed to help creators at every level.

You will get clear steps and practical guidance without getting buried in advanced tactics. Start with the KANDO Method and go from there.

I already have a successful channel. Will I still benefit?

Yes. We have members with 100K+ subscribers who join for community, accountability, and fresh strategy.

The Authority tier includes exclusive coaching sessions and quarterly workshops focused on monetization, packaging, and audience retention.

What's the difference between Knowledge and Authority?

Knowledge ($19.99/month) gives you 2 group coaching calls per month, member-only Discord channels with guaranteed team feedback, monthly SEO and channel reviews, the Growth Template Vault, and coaching call replays.

Authority ($49.99/month) gives you everything in Knowledge plus 4 calls per month (including exclusive Authority-only sessions), priority feedback in Discord, quarterly live workshops, faster partner tool access, and a welcome package shipped after your first month.

videocam YouTube Group Coaching Calls

How often are group coaching calls?

Knowledge members get 2 group coaching calls per month. These are combined calls open to all paid members, held in Week 1 and Week 3.

Authority members get 4 calls per month: the 2 combined calls plus 2 exclusive Authority-only sessions (also in Week 1 and Week 3) with live YouTube feedback and advanced strategy.

What happens during a coaching call?

Typical calls include:

  • YouTube growth training on a specific topic
  • Live channel reviews and feedback
  • Q&A where members ask questions
  • Strategy discussions on YouTube updates that matter
Will I get feedback on my content?

Yes. Feedback is a core part of The KDCC. You can request input in Discord, on group coaching calls, and through SEO review workflows (paid tiers).

The more specific your question, the better feedback you will get. For example, ask for help improving a title, tightening a hook, or clarifying what a thumbnail communicates.

Can I get my channel reviewed on a call?

Yes. We host dedicated channel review calls where members can get feedback.

Before each review call, the team posts in the member area asking for submissions. We review as many as time allows, with Authority members getting priority placement.

What time are the coaching calls?

All calls are scheduled in Pacific Time (PT). The schedule is posted in the member area, then shared in Discord and via email. We skip major holidays.

What if I can't attend a live call?

Replays are always available. All group coaching calls are recorded and posted to the member area within 24 to 48 hours.

We also include notes and takeaways so you can apply what you need even if you cannot watch the full replay.
