Getting Started With The KDCC
Is The KDCC a course, a coaching program, or a community?
The KDCC is a free community and a paid membership with group coaching and feedback.
You get community support in Discord, live group coaching (with replays), and structured feedback depending on your tier.
We are not a course.
I'm brand new to YouTube. Is The KDCC right for me?
Yes. Many KDCC members are just starting out. The Beginner tier is free, and our resources are designed to help creators at every level.
You will get clear steps and practical guidance, without getting buried in advanced tactics.
I already have a successful channel. Will I still benefit?
Yes. We have members with 100K+ subscribers who join for community, accountability, and fresh strategy.
The Authority tier includes workshops and higher-touch feedback focused on topics like monetization, packaging, and audience retention.
How do I access the Discord after joining?
After signing up for any membership tier (including free), you will receive a Discord invite link via email. You can also find the invite in your membership dashboard.

What channels are available in the Discord?
Free channels (all members):
- #introductions

- #general-chat
- #content-ideas
- #thumbnail-feedback (public)
Member-only channels (Knowledge & Authority):
- #member-chat
- #coaching-help
- #seo-reviews
- #priority-feedback (Authority only)
How do I get the most out of my membership?
Here is what works best for most members:
- Join the Discord and introduce yourself
- Ask for feedback with a specific question (not just a link)
- Attend coaching calls (or watch replays)
- Use the template vault to plan and stay consistent
- Give feedback to others, it builds real connections
What's the difference between this and YouTube channel memberships?
KDCC is the full membership experience. You get coaching call replays, deeper feedback, structured support, and access to our private creator community.
YouTube channel memberships (on Andrew's channel) are optional support that unlock light perks like emojis.
If your goal is YouTube growth with real support, that lives inside KDCC.

KDCC Membership & Pricing
Is there a free option?
Yes. Our Beginner tier is completely free and includes Discord access, our newsletter, and the Channel Setup Guide. Many creators start here before upgrading.
What membership tiers do you offer?
We offer three tiers:
- Beginner (Free) Access to our public Discord, monthly Q&A post, newsletter subscription, and Channel Setup Guide
- Knowledge ($19.99/month) Everything in Beginner plus member-only Discord channels, monthly group coaching calls, SEO reviews, template vault, and coaching replay library
- Authority ($49.99/month) Everything in Knowledge plus bi-weekly coaching calls (3 total per month), priority feedback, quarterly workshops, and immediate tool access
Can I switch between tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual plans save you 17% (equivalent to 2 months free). You can select annual billing when you join any paid tier.
How does "2 months free" actually work?
When you choose the yearly plan, you pay for 10 months instead of 12.
This automatically applies during checkout and gives you two months of access at no additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor. Some regions may have additional payment options available at checkout.
YouTube Group Coaching Calls
How often are coaching calls?
- Knowledge tier: Monthly group coaching calls (60 minutes)
- Authority tier: Bi-weekly coaching calls (90 minutes), plus the monthly call, for 3 total calls per month
What happens during a coaching call?
Typical calls include:
- YouTube growth training on a specific topic
- Live channel reviews and feedback
- Q&A where members can ask questions
- Strategy discussions and YouTube updates that matter
Will I get feedback on my content?
Yes. Feedback is a core part of KDCC. You can request input in Discord, on coaching calls, and through SEO review workflows (paid tiers).
The more specific your question, the better feedback you will get. For example, ask for help improving a title, tightening a hook, or clarifying what a thumbnail communicates.
Can I get my channel reviewed on a call?
Yes. We host dedicated channel review calls where members can get feedback.
Before each review call, we post in the member area asking for submissions. We review as many as time allows, with Authority members getting priority placement.
What time are the calls?
All calls are scheduled in Pacific Time (PT). We post the schedule in the member area, then share it in Discord and via email. We skip major holidays.
What if I can't attend a live call?
Replays are always available. All coaching calls are recorded and posted to the member area within 24 to 48 hours.
We also include notes and takeaways so you can apply what you need even if you cannot watch the full replay.
